The information on this website is for education and general wellness. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Discuss health concerns and changes to nutrition, supplements, exercise or medication with your healthcare provider.
FOW coaching and wellness services do not guarantee a particular health, fitness or performance outcome. Client stories and reports describe individual experiences; they do not establish what another person will experience.

Membership, rescheduling & refunds
Sessions and testing may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Coaching plans are non-refundable once the program has started. Existing Gold membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods. Cancel future renewals from My account; your Gold access continues through your paid period. FOW Foundations and Vitae
FOW Foundations is $49 per month for Vitae portal access, answers to your messages and Members Shop access. Sessions with Tony are booked separately at $90 per 30 minutes. New clients need an invitation. Membership, billing start and payment details are confirmed during enrollment; a contact-form request does not create a subscription. Contact FOW at (866) 369-1005 for Foundations billing or cancellation questions. Existing grandfathered Gold arrangements remain separate.
Shipping
For product preorders, contact FOW to confirm flavor, availability, pickup or delivery timing, and the full price including any delivery charge before payment. A preorder request does not reserve stock or take payment.
Privacy
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order or contact us. This can include your name, email, phone number, messages, order history and membership details. Account passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords. Contact form submissions are saved for the FOW team to review and respond to.
If you sign up for news and updates, we save your email address and ask you to confirm it before sending FOW news, wellness information, product updates and offers. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to request removal from the email list.
Stripe processes payments. FOW stores order and payment references, but does not store your full card number. We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, payments and email delivery. We do not sell your information.
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember your cart and checkout progress.
